Munich vs. Berlin

Munich vs. Berlin

Hmm. yes  I know, this comparison is a bit unfair. But as I just returned from this experiment, I think I’m allowed to do this. So, what happened? Not much. But I felt homesick. The 1st time in my live I experienced this feeling. Homesick to my lovely Berlin. Dogshit and Hipsters, abandoned places and not yet or never finished buildings and places, friends, my “Büdchen” (the Kiosk next to my house)  lovely Panke, music, my records, the nearly daily network meet ups, the accidental unplanned meet ups on the street, lovely Marketta, good coffee, input and output. So. Yes. I quit. There are some other reasons of course aswell. The job itself was very different from what I expected and I learned a lot about my confidence and my skills. But it was just the most inefficient thing in terms of costs and time.

So, I’m on the hunt again for a job in Berlin. Looking for a job either as event manager (conferences, camps) online project manager (no ad agencies pls.) product manager. I’m open for all cool ideas, apps, online services, strategies and everything which needs to be organized. Feel free to get in touch and/or check my profile on LinkedIn or Xing.

For the Campus Party Europe, the huge tech-conference in Berlin in August I’m an “Ambassador” for the Music + Tech stage, which means I provide ideas and contacts to the organizers and will hopefully moderate some of the panels.
