
….. are crap. Not really, it somehow feels good to think about changing old beloved habits…….
……..and its also good to have something like a “physical” start day. It can be the innocence of a morning but mostly its the innocent beginning of a new year. I stumbled over this via Facebook. No clue who invented it but now its a print, hanging in my kitchen and I can look at if when I’m having breakfast. Good innit?
